We are a Management Consultancy and Training & Development Company who work both with private sector companies and public sector bodies, to help them develop the capability of the organisation and their people to harness the drivers of business success and implement business strategy.
DMI is involved in providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth or improving the business performance of their clients.
They are primarily concerned with the strategy, structure, management and operations of an organization. Consultants can assist by identifying options with recommendations, providing additional resources and/or the implementation of solutions.

All these functions will be delivered through different modalities and approaches that have been learned over a long period of experiences accumulated by different professionals involved in development and corporate management fields. DMI does not build only the management framework, structure, process and system but also the corporate culture and social values. Moreover, we empower the human working in the organization in terms of their management skills and decision-making capacity. For this, we use various management tools to diagnose, analyse and synthesise the problem. DMI organises various research and study, policy formulation support, seminar, workshops, training, discussion forum, brainstorming sessions on the contemporary thematic areas of development; and also hold policy dialogues time to time.
